We know the power of Greek flavors and we make sure that most of them, from the spanakopita phyllo to the mayo, are prepared from scratch by our hands in our kitchen. Most of our ingredients are locally sourced from Patmian suppliers and local traders to also assist in the prosperity of our community.
Petra, the "mother" and owner of our hotel, puts the 'Mama' into 'Mama's Food' that represents the true diet of a Greek family, enabling our guests to eat and enjoy life as a local in our Greek home. In the new era of the_Petra, her dedicated, trained staff has taken over the kitchen with her overseeing the team to ensure the legendary Petra culinary experience lives on.
